Social Impact conducted an impact evaluation of the USAID Basa Pilipinas program, and early grade reading program for students in grades 1-3, implemented by Education Development Center (EDC). EGRA and EGMA data were collected longitudinally from a panel of treatment and comparison students. Data were also collected from teachers and school principals. This endline dataset contains merged data from students, teachers, and schools at baseline, midline, and endline. The dataset is structured to capture 1-year effects of the program—baseline to midline and midline to endline.
