EGRA instruments in 2 languages (Haitian Creole, French) developed for The World Bank in March 2009. A program diagnostic used for Policy dialogue to inform instruction. Sample was a regional sample of 2515 grade 1-3 students in 80 schools. Subtasks: Vocabulary Knowledge; Letter Name Knowledge and Letter Sound Knowledge; Familiar Word Reading; Unfamiliar Nonword Reading; Passage Reading and Comprehension; Listening Comprehension; Dictation (sentence and invented words)
