EGRA instruments in 2 languages (Haitian Creole, French) developed for The World Bank in March 2009. A program diagnostic used for Policy dialogue to inform instruction. Sample was a regional sample of 2515 grade 1-3 students in 80 schools.

Summary: Based on analysis of reading performance data from 475 third-graders in Peru, this study makes recommendations on improving reading tests, choice of reading standards, and how to present the results at the school and individual levels.
