The Brookings Institution Seeks Consultants for Millions Learning Project

The Brookings Institution, Center for Universal Education is hiring four local national consultants to support its ongoing Millions Learning project. In both Cote d’Ivoire and Jordan, Brookings is hiring two individuals—a Scaling Lab Researcher and a Scaling Lab Manager. The Scaling Lab Researcher will research and document the details of how the scaling lab approach functions, “telling the story” of how the education intervention scaled, and sharing lessons learned. This person will gather data, track progress towards short and long-term goals, and report findings. The Scaling Lab Manager will be responsible for co-designing and co-facilitating the initial lab workshop and subsequent in-person and virtual lab convenings over a three-year period, as well as helping lab participants pursue their scaling action plans. In both countries, the Scaling Lab Researcher is a full-time position while the Scaling Lab Manager is a more senior, part-time position, estimated at 30% time. Both positions are for one year with the possibility to extend over three years. Click here for further details about all four consultant roles, and to apply. Note: Brookings is hiring only local national Ivorian and Jordanian candidates for these roles. Applications from expatriates will not be considered. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis during Fall 2019.
