The Senior Early Childhood Education Manager for RTI International will have two primary areas of responsibility: 1) provide senior program and portfolio management for ECD projects, including technical development and supervision, technical assistance and project management; and 2) develop relationships, proposals and collaborations to expand RTI’s ECD business. Senior program management responsibilities will include serving in the capacity of project manager or portfolio manager on ECD programs, as well as other education programs as assigned. Business development responsibilities will include serving as a proposal lead and proposal writer for federal and private grants and contracts, and building relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners. The successful candidate will be an expert in early childhood development, with a track record of successful program management and business development skills.
