EdData II: Strengthening Information for Education, Policy, Planning and Management in the Philippines (PhilEd Data Project)

Through PhilEd Data, RTI built the capacity of the Department of Education for ongoing data generation, management and analysis. RTI specifically supported the National Education Testing and Research Center with analyzing the validity and reliability of current national standardized examinations and assessment tools and piloting a national, sample-based early grade reading assessment. The program further assisted the Department of Education in developing reporting formats for national assessment  and provided technical assistance for the development of new national benchmark assessments.
