The 2015 Early Grade Baseline Assessment serves to establish a solid base of evidence on the present state of Mali’s educational system. RTI is conducting an EGRA baseline in order to assess the reading skills of the students who have completed second grade in selected schools in three regions (Segou, Koulikoro, and Sikasso). The EGRA baseline results will serve to track performance on annual basis for learning and future programming decisions. Findings from the EGRA data and analysis will be presented at national and regional workshops.
