Abstract (200 Character Limit) :

Understanding the benefits of MTB-MLE researchers, policy makers, governments, educational agencies, and program implementers –especially those that aim at large scale impact- are now turning their focus on ways to effectively implement MTB-MLE programs as the challenges are many. As a result, a number of pressing questions are arising.  This guidance note focuses on multilingual contexts in low income environments while attempting to answer the following question: “How can MTB-MLE be effectively implemented in classrooms where three or more local languages are represented as mother tongues?”
