In this webinar, Dr. David Chard, Dean of the Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development at Southern Methodist University in the United States, presents his latest work “Developing Early Mathematics Instructional Programs and Training for Liberian School Teachers.”  Dr. Chard has done extensive work in Liberia working with teachers on early grade mathematics to ensure that children learn primary school mathematics and continue to stay in school.
