A Review of Dissemination and Utilization of Results
This report covers early-grade basic skills assessments in 10 countries. It describes the assessment purpose, the challenges encountered, and some of the initial in-country reactions to the assessment findings. It also provided links to country-level task order reports (see Bibliography), which summarized assessment findings and recommendations derived from them for improvements in educational policy and practice.
