This resource includes presentations and materials provided at the workshop "Early Grade Reading Program Design and Implementation: Best Practices and Resources for Success." The workshop took place March 25, 2018, at the annual conference of the Comparative International Education Society (CIES) in Mexico, City, Mexico. The content was developed through the Reading within Reach (REACH) initiative on behalf of the Global Reading Network, with support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
